These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.libertyhealthcare.co.nz. Please ensure that you have reviewed our terms and conditions before submitting an order. Continuation indicates that you accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or change these conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and intellectual property in all material on this website are owned by Liberty Healthcare. Liberty Healthcare makes every effort to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your product. Should you be unsatisfied and would like to arrange a return, please be aware of our following conditions:
Due to hygiene laws we are prohibited from accepting return of any products that has come into contact with the human body in an unhygienic way. This includes (but is not exclusive to) shower equipment, mattresses, toilet aids, cushions and daily living aids that may come into contact with the body.

If your product is not affected by the above then the following conditions apply:

You ordered the wrong item

  1. You can return the item to us within 7 days after you receive the item at your own cost.
  2. The item should be unopened and in its original packaging.
  3. 15% restocking fee will apply.
  4. Postage is non refundable.

You changed your mind

  1. You can return the item to us within 7 days after you receive the item at your own cost.

  5. No refunds will be given on wrong item or changed mind after 7 days from receiving the item.

Return of Faulty Goods

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you should contact Liberty Healthcare immediately. No refund will be given for reports received after 7 days of delivery.
All products must be returned in like-new condition (excluding damage). It must be in its original packaging accompanied by all correspondence and accessories. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to any missing parts. The value of the missing parts will also be deducted. All defective products will be assessed upon return to Liberty Healthcare. If deemed faulty or damaged, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. If a product returned is found not to be faulty, customers will be charged with 15% re-stocking fee. Return postage is to be paid by you and will be refunded to you should the product be deemed to be damage or faulty.
While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. We therefore do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you submit your details to Liberty Healthcare you may be contacted by email periodically. Please note that Liberty Healthcare respects your privacy and will not pass your details on to any other company. You can request to be removed from our list at any time via return email.
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours on stocked products. If any product is to come from one of Liberty Healthcare’s suppliers, delivery will be determined upon that supplier’s stock availability. Any items not in stock will be back ordered and you will be notified immediately. An alternative will be offered if applicable. Liberty Healthcare cannot guarantee that our supplier will ship the product immediately, but will do everything within our power to get you products to you ASAP.
Liberty Healthcare endeavour’s to have your products to you within 7 working days. There are some instances (remote locations, custom built items, products that require configuration etc.) where your item may take longer to dispatch. We use a number of Couriers for best delivery and service, wherever possible so if there is a delay in shipment, please be aware that the courier could be delayed.
